Shrimp & Crab Dip
Ingredients
- 2 8 oz Jumbo Lump Crab
- 1 16 oz Shrimp peeled, deveined, and chopped
- 1 8 oz Sour Cream
- 1 8 oz Jalapeño Cream Cheese softened
- 1 7.5 oz Garlic & Herb Whipped Cream Cheese
- 1 5.2 oz Boursin Garlic & Herb Cheese
- 1 tbsp Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 8 oz Shredded Mexican or 3 Cheese Blend
- 2 tbsp Garlic Paste
- 2 cups Diced Onion
- 1 1 tbsp Paprika
- 4 oz Shaved Parmesan Cheese
- 8 oz Panko Breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onions until they are translucent and fragrant.
- Add the chopped shrimp and garlic paste, cooking until the shrimp turn pink and are fully cooked.
- Remove from heat and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, jalapeño cream cheese, garlic & herb whipped cream cheese, and Boursin garlic & herb cheese.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Gently fold in the jumbo lump crab, cooked shrimp and onion mixture, Old Bay seasoning, Italian seasoning, paprika, and half of the shredded cheese blend.
Assemble The Dip
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly. Top with the remaining shredded cheese blend, panko breadcrumbs, and shaved Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and the cheese on top is golden brown.
