- 1 Bell Pepper, Thin Sliced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- – Fresh Cilantro, chopped for garnish
- – Sour Cream & Lime Wedges for serving

- 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
