- 2 lbs Chicken wings party wings or drumettes
- Fischer & Wieser Texas Whiskey Glaze
- 2 tbsp Adobo seasoning
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Paprika
- 2 tbsp Baking powder
- Olive Oil for coating wings
Prep the Wings: Pat dry 2 pounds of chicken wings with paper towels to remove excess moisture. In a large bowl, toss the wings with all seasonings until evenly coated. Also coat with olive oil.
Air Fry: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch or overlap. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Glaze: While cooking the wings, warm ½ cup of Fischer & Wieser Texas Whiskey Glaze in a small saucepan over low heat.
Toss: Once the wings are done, place them in a large bowl and pour the warm whiskey glaze over them. Toss the wings until they are fully coated in the glaze.
Serve: Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces, and enjoy!
