Ingredients
  

Meat

  • 1 1/2 lbs Skirt Steak

Produce

  • 1 tbsp Garlic
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano dried

Condiments

  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1/2 cup Soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • Baking & Spices
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Oils & Vinegars
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cumin ground

Instructions
 

Let's Cook The Steak

  • Place the meat in a plastic gallon freezer bag or shallow baking dish. Massage into the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours up to overnight.
  • Preheat the grill to high. Pull the steaks and allow them to rest at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  • Pull the steaks from the marinade and place them on the hot grill.
  • Baste the steaks with the remaining marinade and grill for 3-5 minutes on each side for medium rare, or until steaks come to 125°F.
  • Transfer to a plate or cutting board and rest for 10 minutes.
