Peaches & Cream Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls 5 rolls
  • 2 large peaches peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup peach preserves
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tbsp heavy cream

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced peaches, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir to combine.
  3. Let the peach mixture simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the peaches are soft and the mixture has thickened slightly. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Open the can of Pillsbury Grands Cinnamon Rolls and separate the rolls. Pour a layer of heavy whipping cream on the bottom of the pan. Place the rolls in the pan evenly distribute them for space to grow while in the oven.
  5. Spoon the simmered peach mixture evenly over the preserves, then roll the dough back up and place it in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Pour a little bit of heavy whipping cream over the rolls and jam mixture.
  7. Bake according to the package instructions, usually around 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
  8. While the rolls are baking, prepare the cream cheese frosting. In a bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and heavy cream, mixing until you reach your desired consistency.
  9. Once the rolls are done baking, let them cool for a few minutes before spreading the cream cheese frosting generously over the top.
  10. Garnish with extra peach slices if desired, and enjoy!
