Frequently Asked Questions:

  1. Can I use a different type of cheese?
    • Absolutely! While Parmesan is key for that signature flavor, you can experiment with other hard cheeses like Asiago or Pecorino Romano.
  2. Can I make this dish gluten-free?
    • Yes, just use gluten-free flour and breadcrumbs, and opt for gluten-free pasta.
  3. How can I make this dish healthier?
    • You can use whole wheat pasta, reduce the amount of cheese, or try baking the chicken instead of frying.
  4. Can I prepare this in advance?
    • The chicken can be prepped and breaded in advance. Store it in the fridge and cook it just before serving. The sauce is best made fresh.
